All transactions on qris88 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR, Rp). Where game software displays a non-IDR denomination, the platform's cashier and Account Balance will always reflect the IDR equivalent using the conversion rate applied at the time of the wager.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") offered by qris88 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time each Bonus is awarded or claimed. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted).
Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or for which wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, will automatically expire and be removed from the Account Balance without notice. The expiry window for each Bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
qris88 does not permit bonus abuse or arbitrage strategies. Accounts identified as engaging in low-risk, high-frequency wagering patterns designed solely to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent may have their bonuses voided and be excluded from future promotions.

Without limiting the foregoing, qris88's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
qris88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting qris88 customer support via live chat. Before closure is completed, any verified Balance remaining in your Account (net of active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be processed as a Withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC checks.
